Year Membership Promotion Benefiting Planned Parenthood
With Waystone’s anniversary around the bend, we’ve been thinking a lot about the buffoons who supported us in the early days by committing to a year of membership before we even opened.
If you’re one of them, you helped us maintain a whole year of operations in spite of monthly ups and downs. Your faith in us based on one 7-minute video was, quite frankly, astounding. So in celebration of your audacity we’re proud to announce a new Year Prepaid Membership opportunity.
We offer these sparingly in order to help the club take on new projects and benefit good causes. By prepaying for the year, you get one month free and this time around we’re sending 10% of all the proceeds to Planned Parenthood.
The club decided on Planned Parenthood during Community Survey 003, in the wake of the legislative attacks on reproductive rights that occurred in June 2022. We’re proud to stand in solidarity with all people affected by the Dobbs decision, and eager to throw some of our collective weight behind making reproductive healthcare in the US safer and more accessible.

Anniversary Party set for February 19th.
Now that we’ve finalized the date, we’re putting all of our brainpower into making it as fancy and financially accessible as possible. Tickets will be available through the web store on Saturday, January 21st.
Changing of the Guard!
We finally coerced Garrett into accepting payment for his infectious habit of welcoming people into Waystone and making them feel valued. You’ll see him slinging drinks on Tuesdays! Graham and Janis are back to haunting the bar from the opposite side and will continue as valued confidantes in both mixology and operations.

BJ at Understory Woodworking has spent months iterating and providing us new dice trays to test out at the club (chances are you’ve probably already rolled some dice in them). We’ve finally landed on a design that feels truly inspired by the space, and we’re ready to start offering preorders. It helps us if we can make these in big batches, so preorders are at a discounted price. More details here.
