We’ve got a shiny new year ahead of us—a time that reminds us of when we first launched Waystone’s Kickstarter back in January 2022.
We were frantically working to get our doors open in time and a good handful of folks blew us away by believing in us enough (based on just one video) to commit to an entire year of membership.

In celebration of our community’s eccentric, fascinating desire to see Waystone become real, we’re once again offering the chance to sign up for an entire year of membership, with one month free.
And while Waystone may not be an empty room with a bunch of half-built tables anymore, there’s certainly more we’ve been dreaming about doing. At the forefront of our minds is how we can eventually secure more space for our club, and promotions like this help us get ready for such leaps.
We’re also setting a goal of raising $1,000 for Extra Life through this promotion, and setting aside 10% of all proceeds until we do.
Our community chose to support Extra Life during Community Survey 004.
I’ve been helping my mom with navigating the healthcare system recently, and I can’t imagine how challenging it must be doing so for a child—especially financially—so this our way of throwing our collective weight behind the children and families who are in the thick of it.

Anniversary Party Set for Sunday, February 18th.
Waystone’s Anniversary was an absolute highlight of 2023, and we’re planning on recreating the magic by hosting it at the same venue, with some nice cocktails and other drinks available, and by organizing a chance for everyone to bring and share a dish if they’d like. Tickets (along with more details) will be available through the webstore on Monday, January 8th. For now, mark your calendars!
Lily Joins the Team as Waystone’s Event Coordinator!
Lily has gone from painting her first mini at Waystone to rallying folks towards hundred-year-old historical wargames and acting as producer for Rain City Wargaming. Soon she’ll be helping us organize and streamline the growing list of events taking place at the club!
Waystone’s Next Warhammer 40,000 RTT January 13th.
Members are gearing up for the Las Vegas Open, and this ten-person event will be great practice! The roster has filled as of the time of this email, but you can still get on the waitlist in case we have someone who needs to drop from the event.
Waystone’s First Age of Sigmar Tournament Arrives Saturday, January 20th!
Signups will go-live about two weeks prior to the event, with members getting 48-hour priority registration. Keep your eyes on our Events page and the #inner-circle channel for this announcement.
