Waystone’s New Booking System!
Hey everyone, this is just a quick post to let everyone know that we have switched to a new booking system solution (which also facilitates all of our memberships).
You can book tables from the Waystone website as we always have, but to access your shiny new account dashboard, you can log in here: http://www.wellnessliving.com/login/waystone
Your Account:
Anyone who had an account set up via our old solution should have received an email with their new username and temporary password (if the email you used with our old system is the same as your Google account, you can even log in with that).
Your existing appointments:
Stefan and I manually transferred all upcoming appointments that have been made in Flexbooker to the new system, so your existing appointments should be listed in your Schedule tab when you log in to your account.
Differences to note:
The only major feature difference you should notice when booking tables is that there is no ‘notes’ functionality in our new appointment booking system, instead you’ll use “Add-Ons” to indicate how you’d like your table set up.
Here you can indicate what game you're playing, if you want a competitive or narrative setup, if you want the Studio room specifically, etc. Feel free to add as many add-ons as you want to indicate what you need.

Logistically and financially, this software is absolutely central to Waystone. We have a vested interest in keeping it working as smoothly as possible, and have tried to frontload that work as much as possible before going live. That being said, I'm SURE we'll have other hiccups and questions as we all get acclimated to the new system.
The reality is that none of these systems were built for our club's use-case—this was just the best we could find.
